Fighting Fantasy Classics Volume 1 Brings Iconic Gamebooks to Nintendo Switch on February 5
Veteran Melbourne-based studio Tin Man Games has announced that Fighting Fantasy Classics Volume 1 is launching on Nintendo Switch on February 5.
Fighting Fantasy Classics Volume 1 is a collection of digital gamebooks written by Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone during the 1980s. Players are invited to ready their sword, pack their provisions, and step into a series of text-based role-playing adventures where every choice shapes the journey ahead. These classic gamebooks have been remastered for modern platforms while preserving the spirit that made them so memorable.
Originally created in the 80s and 90s, Fighting Fantasy Classics brings these iconic adventures back to life, placing players directly in the role of the hero. Each quest unfolds through branching decisions, battles, and chance, offering a nostalgic experience rooted in imagination and player agency.
