At face value, the breaker box offers a few switches you can adjust to redistribute power. I always turn on the power to the garage so you can open the door, turn on the dark room to uncover hidden items, and turn off the power to the gymnasium to reduce the movement penalty there. While that’s standard, the real puzzle lies in the vac lights, which we actually need to change.
You can initially find clues for the solution when you first get to the mail room, check emails, or use the laboratory.
