Which Way Up is defying gravity on Nintendo Switch early 2025!

Australian independent developer Turtle Flip Studio has just announced that “Which Way Up: Galaxy Games” will be defying gravity on the Nintendo Switch in early 2025.  Which Way Up: Galaxy Games is like a Super Mario Galaxy/Party-style game with 12 gravity-defying mini-games (known as Galaxy Games.) The Galaxy Games looked varied and I’m personally looking forward to the space golf-themed “Hole in One” which features gravity-bending physics thanks to the Gravity engine developed in-house.

Which Way Up looks like a lot of fun as a local party game, and a single-player experience is currently being implemented as well. Turtle Flip Studio is about to launch a Kickstarter with stretch goals to be announced, but one goal they let slip was to implement online multiplayer. I’m still doing my research and hopefully will be able to delve deeper into the Studios hopes and goals, but until then I’ll stay glued to their socials for the scoop.

Which Way Up has also recently been backed by Screen Australia which has been supporting Aussie Devs of all shapes and sizes including Rotub Games’ “Doggy Don’t Care” and since it’s been a very tumultuous year for game development in general, it’s great to see Aussie Indie devs popping up with both innovative and unique concepts, and it’s even better when the Australian Government backs them.

Speaking of backing them, as you know, I’m a huge fan of getting behind Aussie Devs, so if you want to show your true blue support you can get notified for the upcoming Kickstarter and show some support by clicking the link below!
